Miami Herald: Miami Art Museum eligible to receive $100 million in public funds; The Miami Art Museum got an important boost by meeting all requirements to receive public funding for its new home. More

The Miami Downtown Development Authority (Miami DDA) voted unanimously to pass a resolution urging the City of Miami to fully fund and expeditiously complete redevelopment of Bicentennial Park into Museum Park. More

The design and construction team for the new MAM at Museum Park have started constructing a “mock-up” of the new building on site. This representation of the new building is a tool the team uses to look at details, finishes and other components and make refinements to the design, prior to building. View image
