MAM Contemporaries, MAM's dynamic support organization, is the perfect group for young professionals curious about Miami's constantly evolving art scene. This cosmopolitan group, open to MAM members between the ages of 21 and 41, offers those who join the opportunity to meet and connect with others interested in the visual arts.
Throughout the year, MAM Contemporaries enjoy art-related events and programs, as well as contribute to the cultural vitality of Miami as the capital of arts in the Americas. MAM Contemporaries serve as advocates and ambassadors for Miami Art Museum.
Highlights of the MAM Contemporaries calendar include the MAM Social JAM@MAM held every May and the annual Art Basel Miami Beach Party on the Plaza. The Contemporaries also enjoy behind-the-scenes gallery visits and previews as part of its Introductions Series. Plus Contemporaries have the chance to participate in exclusive events with national art and design leaders at venues such as Design Within Reach and LuminaireX.
