MAM @ Books & Books
Join MAM's book discussion group, Reading Art, dedicated to the mystique of art. Come discuss art books in a range of different genres, including mysteries, biographies, critical books and even scandalous stories. Books may be purchased in advance at Books & Books in Coral Gables store at a 20% discount. The group meets every two months on the last Tuesday of the month at 6:30pm. Miami Art Week / Art Basel Miami Beach
Miami Art Museum welcomes the international art world to Miami Art Week/Art Basel Miami Beach, one of the largest, most important international arts fairs, with a host of special exhibitions and events including the Miami Art Museum Ball, Party on the Plaza, the MAM Contemporaries Art Fair Survival Party, and the Parodi Lecture in the Philosophy of Art.
MAM Contemporaries
Throughout the year, the MAM Contemporaries, a cosmopolitan group open to MAM members between the ages of 21 and 41, enjoy art-related events and programs, from curator-led gallery walks to artist workshops.
Corporate Luncheon
Each year, Miami Art Museum honors leaders from the business community whose philanthropy has made a major impact on the cultural vitality of South Florida. The Miami Art Museum Corporate Luncheon highlights the corporate community's integral support of the arts throughout the region. A recognized keynote speaker and honorees that have impacted the cultural community are the focus of the luncheon program.
